In light of the recent cyberattack on the US Treasury Dept via the SolarWinds monitoring software, we wanted to make our IT Clients aware that ABM does not use SolarWinds to monitor any of our Client networks. ABM takes the Network Security of our Clients very seriously. We understand that any vendor can be infiltrated which is why layering different CyberSecurity strategies is the approach we take to ensure our Clients are as safe as possible.

WASHINGTON – The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) tonight issued Emergency Directive 21-01, in response to a known compromise involving SolarWinds Orion products that are currently being exploited by malicious actors. This Emergency Directive calls on all federal civilian agencies to review their networks for indicators of compromise and disconnect or power down SolarWinds Orion products immediately.
