If anyone wants some of this Keto sauce I’ve been sitting on tap in profile Is medium range heat.

Made with monkfruit erythritol syrup blackberries, chipotle’s Chili’s and Super chili’s

I used carb manager and put all my ingredients in as a recipe very dope app comes out just to about 2carbs for 14 grams which Is roughly a tablespoon of hot sauce which honestly with the Jig Bottles is more than enough for any usage but even if you go over stil at 2 carbs 15 cal zero sugar

The downside is I have no labels I been doing strict clean keto for almost 7 weeks now trying to retool my body lost a SIGNIFICANT and noticeable amount of weight.
I got about 63oz left!

Side note the bottle doesn’t have any labels ready but you can copy this here and just use it for your nutrition guide I am on CARB MANAGER under MF BEAST
