How is everyone's summer going so far? Are you headed out of town for vacation or staying local? โ˜€๏ธSummertime is traditionally a very slow season for our thrift store, but the needs in our community don't take a summer vacation. Our hands-on outreach to the homeless and forgotten depends completely on donations and the money raised inside the store. If sales drop, our outreach programs face a tough standstill. If you are in town, we would be so grateful if you stopped by this week to shop for a purpose! ๐Ÿ›๏ธโœจ

WE NEED YOU! BECOME AN ANGEL OF HOPE VOLUNTEER ๐Ÿ˜‡โ™ฅ๏ธOur mission is growing, the needs in our community are high, and honestly our hands are full! It takes a village to keep our outreach moving and our thrift store running smoothly, and we are officially looking for passionate volunteers to join the family.

Whether you have a heart for face-to-face field outreach with David or prefer helping MaryJo organize treasures and assist shoppers in the thrift store, we have a place for you!

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Flexible Schedule: The store is open Wednesday through Saturday, and even committing just one day a week or a month makes a massive impact.

Angels of Hope is 100% volunteer-run. From our founder to our store volunteers, absolutely no one gets a paycheck. ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ต
Every single dollar sold at the thrift store after paying for the store's rent and utilities goes right back out into funding our outreach to those who need it most.

Happy Friday!! While you are getting ready for the weekend, we want to remind you of the work happening where the pavement ends. David goes deep into the woods to do the heavy day-to-day outreach that goes unseen. Itโ€™s a harsh reality whatever you think itโ€™s like out there, itโ€™s 50 to 100 times worse.
We cannot fund these essential items to our homeless neighbors and veterans without our thrift store shoppers and donors. It takes the whole community to make this possible!
