Sea Wizard Marine Canvas We fabricate sailboat cockpit cushions, sail covers, and more! We specialize in Catalina brand sailboat cushions.

We currently have most popular Catalina size/model templates on file ready for production. We fabricate to order based on your make/model/year/size boat to ensure proper fit and finish with colors you choose. To ensure an exact fit, we make paper templates of your cockpit seats cut to the exact shape and contour of the hull. We then use a digitizer apparatus to input the template shape into out Pr

osail plotter program. Once the template is in the program, we then plot the exact shapes of each panel onto the material thus allowing a perfect reproduction every time. We currently have many templates on file ready for production. If we don't have it we can add it ourselves or from a template provided by the customer.

The customer wanted something a little softer, so the where constructed using 2" closed cell laminated with 1" drain fast foam for a total of 3" thick cushions.
