Ever wonder how we are make our butter mint candies? No? Well, this is how we roll them out and cut them before they rest overnight. 😊🤣

Butter Mints have a really soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. We make two varieties: butter mint and orange creamsicle.

Cashew toffee that actually makes people stop what they’re doing. Crunchy, buttery, not too sweet, and every piece is hand-poured with care. It’s the kind of thing you grab a bag of and eat straight out of the wrapper. Don’t ask me how I know 🤣

Fun fact: toffee was accidentally invented in 18th century England when a cook at Mortlake got distracted by visitors from the Royal Botanic Gardens and added sugar and butter to boiling sugar, creating the first piece of toffee. It took off with German immigrants in America and has been a comfort favorite ever since.

It’s made with egg whites, sugar, and vanilla, whipped until it’s light and sweet – a really delicate treat. We offer it plain, or you can add a little chopped walnuts if you like it a bit more traditional. Which way do you lean: walnuts or no nuts? 🍫

Today I’m finishing up a batch of Honeycomb, and it always feels a little magical. This particular treat has a fascinating history, dating back to the 18th century when it was enjoyed by royalty and the wealthy as a luxurious confection. Our Honeycomb – sometimes called sea-foam – is a honey-kissed brittle that shatters on contact, dissolving beautifully with a clean, honeyed sweetness before the chocolate takes over. Dipped in milk or dark chocolate, it’s a surprise for anyone expecting something heavy. We fill each box as full as possible. 🍯🍫
