"Technology Driven Tuning"

Thanks to LabA7 we make tuning a science. Technology Driven Tuning (or data Driven Tuning) allows us to take actual data from your suspension and tune your suspension based on how you want it to ride, specifically, not just how do you want to tune a Fox 40, but the data to tune Your Fox 40.

Meet the LABA7 Modular Bleeder. Equipped with, 2, 3 liter external tanks and all the fitting you can imagine for bleeding suspension. We opted for the external tanks to give us more flexibility in the location of the tanks for easier and more efficient bleeding.

Stay tuned...we have started a remodel and will soon have a new expanded area for even more efficiency!

Clean...We clean our suspension like we clean our teeth, with a tooth brush, in all the nooks and crannies, to make sure you are getting a clean and thoroughly inspected suspension piece back!

Suspension is delicate...well at least the inner workings are! Topeak's digital torque wrench guarantees we get the correct torque every time! Unfortunately the torque wrench won't help us press in the tamper resist ball.

Next Up...Fox Factory 40 Podium! Running a pre-service/tune dyno to get our baseline so we can get this guy dialed for the rider. He told us he is racing the Maxxis Eastern State Cup, Intense DH Series! We look forward to seeing how this fork performs this year, since we will be at the races. Stop by and say hi!

After a service the, trusty, hand dyno is the way to verify general functionality of the shock and also allow us to cycle the shock as we air it up to send it out.

Let there be fire! Yep, most of the time we are playing with flammable materials, but some times we get to actually use the heat wrench. Certain parts of forks and shocks use red thread locker, a torch is the right tool for breaking it free.
