THEFT UPDATE: Thank you, Nathan, for returning the jacket you took and for apologizing to our employees. That took a lot of courage, and we genuinely appreciate you coming back to make things right. Owning up to a mistake isn’t easy, and it says a lot about your character that you were willing to do that.

Theft can have a real impact on small businesses like ours. Every item matters, and losses add up quickly for independent shops that work hard to serve their communities. When something is taken, it doesn’t just affect the bottom line, it affects the people who show up every day to run the store, help customers, and keep the business going.

That’s why it meant so much to our team that you returned the jacket and took the time to apologize. Moments like this remind us that people can learn from their choices and take responsibility for them. We believe everyone deserves the chance to do better, and your actions today showed that.

🚨 BOLO – Retail Theft Suspect 🚨

This individual with the beard and sunglasses came into our store wearing a very used jacket and left wearing a Patagonia vest that he did NOT pay for.

He was accompanied by another male wearing a blue hoodie. After the incident, both individuals left together in a dark gray/black Toyota pickup truck.

We are trying to identify these individuals. If you recognize them or have any information, please comment below or send us a private message.

Thank you, Humboldt commUnity, for helping us keep local businesses safe. Police report has been filed.
