What happens when a company picnic meets a little Margaritaville magic?

Today’s corporate family picnic was filled with great food, friendly competition, and plenty of fun for employees and their families. From custom tropical centerpieces and a fully styled candy bar to our Lawn Game Olympics, every detail was designed to create a relaxed and memorable experience.

Guests enjoyed a delicious spread, competed for prizes in the Lawn Game Olympics, snapped photos at the tropical photo backdrop, and stocked up on sweet treats from the candy bar.

I am absolutely obsessed with how these turned out. 🍍🌺

What started as a few pineapples, fresh flowers, and a creative idea became the perfect tropical centerpieces for today’s Margaritaville-themed corporate family picnic.

They’re colorful, playful, unexpected, and exactly the kind of detail that makes an event feel special. Sometimes the simplest concepts end up being my favorite designs.

Tomorrow’s centerpiece project is coming together 🌺🍍

Today’s supply run included fresh tropical blooms, lush greenery, and pineapples that will be transformed into custom centerpieces for tomorrow’s Margaritaville-inspired corporate family picnic.

One of my favorite parts of event design is taking simple ingredients and turning them into something that feels fun, intentional, and completely unique to the event. These centerpieces will be bringing all the tropical vacation vibes to the tables tomorrow!

🐾✨ A one-of-a-kind puppy sleepover for Audrey’s 6th Birthday! ✨🐾

This custom-designed celebration was created around Audrey’s love of puppies, with every detail thoughtfully chosen to bring the theme to life.

Working alongside Audrey’s mom, we created custom puppy pillowcases just for this event, paired with coordinating teepees, pastel balloon clusters, paw print details, and a puppy adoption experience for guests to enjoy.

One of my favorite parts of designing custom themes is taking a child’s interests and turning them into an immersive celebration that’s uniquely theirs. From the custom pillow designs to the themed styling throughout the space, this setup was created especially for Audrey and her friends.
