Female
40+ years old
Not pregnant or breastfeeding
No implants, breast issues, discharge, lumps, pain, or discoloration
Never been diagnosed with breast cancer

*This service is covered by your insurance. If you are uninsured, call the number on the flyer and someone there can assist you in applying for a voucher through Show Me Healthy Women so that you can take advantage of these amazing services being brought to Eminence!
