Finally got around to making my own stove top cover/serving tray! It is not currently on my stove because Michael is cooking. I love how universal this is. We are playing some card games in a bit and it fits my ottoman perfect for a night of family fun. And when not in use, it will keep my stove top looking amazing. When company comes, I’ll break out the tea kettle and teacups and use this as well. I love it and love making them.

This was done with black cherry stain and flat white over it. I scraped off all excess before it dried to give it a nice unique distressed look. The lighting is different but the pic from outside gives the color the most justice. Shout out to Wonderfully Chaotic Design Company for my decal which is a quote from Raymond Reddington from The Blacklist. This quote pretty much sums me up.

I am gearing up to get in on a few festivals so anyone who is wanting one, now is the time before the waitlist gets long again!

My baby girl Bela is home! Thank you all for your patience. If you know me, you know I love my dogs! Ready to resume some work! Message me those requests. Here is something I threw together, I destressed it using dark maple stain and white flat paint then scraping off excess, and rubbing in missed areas. Still got to finish putting the moldings and stuff after tiling the floor but I love it

Good morning all! I wanted to make an announcement that any orders made this week will be put on hold until the weekend. Our youngest pup is is stuck in the vet hospital and we are not sure what the outcome will be. My oldest son is very upset and I am going to take some time to help him through this. Thank you for your understanding.

Has anyone else been absolutely miserable lately with this heat? I have 3 projects I am working on and the heat is the enemy. Summer has always been my season but the older I get, the more I crave the cool crisp air of fall. Currently working on a towel ladder rack and coffee mug rack. I get to try out a distressed technique I am learning. Stay tuned and stay cool
