Reels get taken apart and put in a heated ultrasonic cleaner than put back together with Shimano drag grease and gear grease with Lucas oil for the bearings.
Cost for any parts needing replacement will be discussed and agreed upon before service is completed. Turnaround time is usually 1 week.
