On October 10, 2008, El Paso’s underground hip-hop scene welcomed ILL BILL of Non Phixion and La Coka Nostra for a stop on The Grimy Awards Tour at The Network, located at 317 E. Mills Ave. in Downtown El Paso!
Presented by Eye To Eye Promotions, the night featured a heavyweight lineup of underground talent:

Events like these were more than just concerts. They were opportunities for the Borderland’s hip-hop community to connect with nationally recognized underground artists, support local talent, and experience the culture firsthand.
