👟 How to Tag Shoes for the Sale 👟

One of the easiest ways to keep shoe pairs together is to place them in a clear Ziploc bag and attach your tag to the outside or put it on the inside. This helps keep everything organized and prevents shoes from getting separated while shoppers browse.

There are several ways to tag shoes, but this method is simple, secure, and easy for both consignors and shoppers!

For larger shoes, zip tying them together may work best. You can also attach your safety pin to each shoe to connect them.

🛍 Step 1: Register as a Seller
Fill out the form on our website https://www.lakeoconeekids.com/create-a-seller-account and we’ll send you your account link through Consign Cloud.

🏷 Step 2: Gather Your Items
We’re accepting:
• Children’s clothing (newborn–teen)
• Children’s Shoes
• Toys & books
• Baby gear
• Nursery items
• Maternity items
• And more!

✨ Please only bring clean, gently used, current-style items in excellent condition.

🖨 Step 3: Price & Tag Your Items
You’ll enter your items on ConsignCloud and print tags directly from home. We’ll provide simple instructions to walk you through it!

📦 Step 4: Drop Off Your Items
Bring your tagged items during seller drop-off before the sale begins. We’ll organize and merchandise everything for shoppers. Be sure you have paid your $10 consignor’s fee before drop off!

💰 Step 5: Get Paid
After the sale, you pick up any unsold items you’d like back and receive your earnings! Sellers keep 70% of their sales, which is the most competitive split in the consignment industry!

After over a year of dreaming, planning, and working behind the scenes, I am so excited to officially announce Lake Oconee Kids Consignment!

📍 Greene County Parks & Recreation Department

Lake Oconee Kids Consignment is a twice-a-year curated children’s consignment event where families can shop and sell gently loved children’s items including clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear, books, maternity, and more.

Our goal is to create an organized, community-focused shopping experience filled with high-quality items at amazing prices — making it easy for families to shop, save, and earn money back on items their children have outgrown.

We are also currently looking for local business sponsors who would love the opportunity to connect with hundreds of local families during the event. If you own a business (or know someone who does), we’d love to connect!
