Love the Heron!
Thereโs a certain Wisconsin comfort in a roadside supper club glow. One look at this place and you can already picture the low lighting, the steady pour at the bar, and a Friday night that turns into three hours without anybody noticing.
This is the sort of old-school dining room that still feels tied to the land around it, sitting out where the road opens up and people arrive hungry for a real night out. The sign, the setting, the whole exterior gives off that unfussy confidence that usually means fish fry, prime rib, old fashioneds, and a crowd that has been celebrating anniversaries here for years.
Honestly, this is part of the stateโs personality right here. Not flashy, not trying too hard, just deeply Wisconsin in a way chain restaurants will never understand. ๐๐๐ป
