To any Summer Waves customer who feels they didn’t get what they expected, overpromised, or left with unresolved issues, we want to acknowledge that concern directly.
If your experience did not match what you were told or what you reasonably expected, that matters. If you have issues with a pool built by Summer Waves and want to share your experience, please call or text our VPO directly so your concerns can be heard, reviewed, and addressed.
We also strongly encourage future customers to make sure every promise, scope item, finish detail, timeline expectation, and responsibility is clearly put in writing before work begins. The more detailed the written agreement, the better protected everyone is and the more likely expectations are to be met clearly in the end. You have every right to protect your interests and we welcome you that.
