Happy Monday! As we wrap up our celebration of Black History Month I wanted to express my gratitude for everyone who patronized QEC this month! The orders and abundance were flowing!! Happy Monday! ✨✨✨

It’s the first Monday of Pisces season, which has ushered in a new more fluid energy. Personally, I like to start my week by writing down a few personal goals outside of work, school, or other obligations. Those things HAVE to get done but what do I CHOOSE to do? Writing it down makes it more concrete and I’m more likely to actually accomplish those goals. They don’t have to be lofty or extravagant; really it’s better if they are feasible and can easily get done without exerting a lot of effort.

Every week, really every day, is an opportunity to learn, grow, and elevate in all areas of your life. Take 5 minutes and write down 5 things you would like to accomplish this week and try your hardest to actually do them! I’m sending you all love and motivational energy to check off all the boxes on your list! 💜✨

🌕HAPPY FULL MOON!🌕

Being aware of moon cycles helps to keep my spiritual hygiene on track when my life gets really crazy (which is ALL the time😂). I use full moons as a designated time to turn inward, block out the noise, practice self care, and of course CHARGE MY CRYSTALS!!

The power of the moons helps you to cleanse the energy from the last cycle and either reaffirm intentions or create new ones. Set your crystal jewelry, clusters, loose stones, or any item that you want to charge under the moonlight while you pray or meditate. This can be outside, on a window sill, or anything other place that the moonlight touches. Focus on what energy you want them to embody on your trip through the next lunar cycle.

I tell people that it’s like charging your phone— if you intend to be out all day you’re going to plan and make sure that it’s on 100% to get you as far as you can before needing to plug up again right?? Same concept with your crystals. Don’t let that energy get to 2%, charge it up!

Retrogrades are often looked at in a negative way but I reject that notion. While the energy is heavier and a bit more difficult to navigate, retrogrades can bring major progress inn your journey.

Mercury stationed retrograde today until February 3rd. Mercury rules communication, travel, and memory. Take care to think before you speak. Read that text or email before you send it and make sure that it’s actually necessary. Also, keep whatever devices your communicating with away from potential damage for the next few weeks.

Buy trip insurance and possibly even consider rescheduling it for the time being. There are often delays and annoying issues that come up with traveling during this transit. That’s not to say it will ABSOLUTELY happen, but Mercury can be a pain sometimes.

Now is a great time to write in general. Journaling, scripting, free-writing, dream documentation, etc will provide new insight to an idea or thought that your conscious mind has been ignoring but your subconscious can’t let go.

If taken with a positive approach, the potent energy of a retrograde can offer a lot of insight, clarity, and progression. If you know how to mold the energy to your will, all of it is valuable— even during a retrograde!

Now that you have some of the benefits and methods to working to crystals (refer to my last 2 posts) we’ll talk about how to cleanse them.

When you get a new crystal you’ll want to cleanse it so that you can make it a blank slate that I’ll allow it to absorb YOUR intention.

Like all things metaphysical, the method you use is solely based on personal preference! When possible, I like to use the moon because of the power that is contained in any celestial event that only occurs once a month. However, if the timing for that isn’t right I’ll use a combination of methods to reset them. *Keep in mind that all crystals do not react well in water so be sure to check before submerging!!*

Follow your intuition and find what works for you! The energy within nature is free for us to all use and mold in the manner that we choose, spirituality doesn’t have to be expensive or fancy! ✨

HAPPY FULL MOON! 🌕

After 4 months of retrograde, Jupiter has finally stationed direct. There will be a few weeks of a shadow period as the effects of the backwards movement dissipate. Jupiter rules money, business, and education so we thought this quote would be perfect for today.

For most people it’s been more than a few rough months during retrograde season, it’s been difficult for like 18 (crazy I know). The economy and personal finances have been put through the ringer as we have scraped to obtain abundance and propsperity— and I am no exception. But here’s the thing, it’s already within you. It’s already done. You just have to align yourself with it instead of focusing on how to gather and hoard it. Money is only energy, it ebbs and flows like everything else and the more we focus on how much more we want or the lack, the more blocked the energy is.
