Processing and Return Policy
1. Currently, the preferred method of ordering is through email. Please send a picture of the item you are interested in purchasing, along with any size, color, and quantity requirements to [email protected]. Additionally, you may always contact us through DM 1(870)377-1282.
2. We will respond to make sure we understand your needs and provide you with a total.
3. We accept CashApp and PayPal. More methods may be added in the future.
4. Once you have completed payment, please provide us with a screenshot.
5. Local Pickup is available upon a specified and agreed upon time and location.
6. For all other orders, please provide us with your legal name, preferred shipping address, complete phone number and email address. This is important because we want to provide you with the best service possible while meeting your needs in the event we need further clarification.
7. All of our products come with a quality guarantee. In the event you are not totally satisfied, we will work with you on any issues. You have five days upon receipt of your item to notify us of any problems with your order.
8. In case a problem arises, and you are not happy with your item when it arrives, please afford us an opportunity to make you happy. Keep in mind, there is a $35 re-stocking fee in the event you are not satisfied with your item and do not want us to replace it.
9. In the event an item is returned, it must be done through a trackable means. Please keep in mind we cannot accept items that have been visibly worn or damaged.

Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days to process (excluding weekends). Please allow at least 21 business days for complete shipping process (however, it could be sooner). Local pickup/shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
Due to COVID-19, an estimated arrival time may not be available. Please be patient as we strive to serve our customers efficiently and safely.
