🤩Another current favorite in the garden right now, Black Pearl Peppers!

💜🧡This beautiful variety grows dark foliage with purple/black pearl pods that cluster together. As the pods ripen they turn a vibrant orange/red creating a gorgeous contrast against the dark leaves.

🔥This variety is commonly grown as an ornamental but the pods are still edible, ranging from 10k-30k SHU.

🌞I'm currently growing this plant in full desert sun and she is performing beautifully!

Purple Beauty Bell Pepper

This is the summer of purple peppers so of course I had to grow some purple bells! The first of many harvests from these

I overwintered 3 Purple Bell plants last year and transplanted them into the garden bed in March. & Now they are covered in peppers!

These were quick to flower after transplant so I trimmed off the early pods to refocus energy on growing the plant bigger and now they are putting out bigger peppers, yay!

This is a sweet variety with no heat, just like other bell peppers. Grown in full desert sun!

Purple Cacho Whiteleaf Pepper

A current favorite of mine in the pepper garden. This white foliage is just so gorgeous and then with purple peppers, it's a showstopper! 😍

Not only is it beautiful to look at, but the peppers are delicious as well! Producing a mild heat, comparable to a Jalapeño, these peppers are good fresh or made into a hot sauce! 🙌💜

Buena Mulata Peppers harvested today! 🙌💜 This is one of my favorite varieties to grow here in Las Vegas.

✅Pretty Purple Blooms & Pods
✅Abundant Producer
✅Quick grower
✅Delicious flavor with medium spice

I usually let these ripen all the way to red but I am on a quest to make a delicious purple hot sauce this summer and Buena Mulatas are a top contender!

Buena Mulata is similar to Cayenne pepper in heat and pod structure. I call it Cayenne's purple cousin. 😁💜
