Because our mobile bar is a single physical rig and we dedicate an entire calendar day to loading, travel, and service for each client, we operate on a first-deposited, first-secured basis. We cannot do an extended hold on a date without a secured deposit.

Once you've approved the quote for your event, we will send you your deposit invoice and event contract.

When both the contract is signed and deposit is paid, your event date is LOCKED IN (yay!)

If anyone inquires about your date before your deposit is paid, we will give a 24-hour grace period to complete your booking (contract & deposit completed) before opening that date back up on our calendar.

Trust us, we'd be in 5 places at once if we could -- we LOVE you all!
We want to give you first dibs on your date but can't continue to turn down all other inquiries in the meantime.
