Planishing for the win. I love my pneumatic, it's so much easier and faster than doing it by hand.

Starting on the vams now. This plate will slide under the other and this little step will allow the top to sit flush.

It's hard to video the little parts so forgive the jumpiness... I am human after all. Lol

Back to forming the edge over a bit so I can add a wire later. I'll end up doing both sets at the same time now that the pattern is right. This will be a little articulated bit at the top of the rotating bicep plate.

More arm bits, I decided having 2 and was better than just one... Counting is hard sometimes.

Into the cutting of the lames. These bits will connect the elbows to the rest of the arms and help with flexibility.

On we go rolling the edge a bit further with the hammer on my anvil.

Time to bead roller the edges of this elbow cop. These edges will still get rolled over by hammer in the anvil later but it's a start.
