I found something that is exciting. A Philadephia "Queen Anne style" dressing table. By the locks and hardware it may date from 1790-1810 . I know it isn't 1740-60 when these high style tables were first made. It is made of mahogany and has quarter columns and collared Spanish feet.

This is a nice American impressionist's harbor scene by Boston artist Giovanni Castano. He worked with Phillip Hale. I assume that the scene is of Gloucester or Rockport.

Here is a great little Victorian davenport desk. It is made of walnut and poplar and has unusually carved drawer pulls. It also has a nicely joined three drawer interior and four drawers below with four faux drawers on the reverse.
