How Do You Measure a Year?
As I close the books on 2025, I find myself pausing—not just to tally numbers, but to soak in the journey. What a year! A whirlwind of challenges, triumphs, and lessons in humility, grit, and perseverance. But above all, 2025 was a masterclass in gratitude.
When I launched Jon B Leather, it was a passion project—a creative outlet to craft beauty and flex my imagination. I never dreamed that a few months later, I’d be catapulted into full-time self-employment. Talk about an unexpected adventure!
And because old habits die hard, here’s my “performance review”—the way I measure success now:
