Something new is coming to NamasteAmen inside the McLoud Mercantile this weekend! I have always loved Mexican Spicy Carrots:“Zanahorias en Escabeche,” but I could never take the heat. I made these with all the same ingredients but scooped the seeds and membrane out of the jalapeños. They have all the flavor and just a tiny fraction of the heat! Come get yours Thursday-Saturday 10:30AM-6:00PM at 113 North Main Street in McLoud.
