Week 2: Cold Brew Orange Vanilla-Infused Pu-erh Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS

1 quart-sized Mason jar (lid and band style)

1 patch of cheesecloth

1 liter of spring water
🌱
4-5 teaspoons Pu-erh loose leaf tea (we prefer Sheng, or raw)
🌱
1 whole vanilla bean
🌱
1 orange
🌱
Simple Sugar, or other sweeteners, to taste (optional)
