Heart attacks in women don’t always look like the chest-clutch on TV.

Chest pressure is still the #1 sign — but here are the numbers every woman should know:

• ~30% of women having a heart attack feel NO chest pain at all
• ~70% report unusual, bone-deep fatigue in the weeks before
• Women wait ~54 hrs to seek help — men wait 16 hours

Also watch for jaw or back pain, unexplained nausea, and cold sweats. If something feels really wrong, don’t talk yourself out of it — call 911.
