I’ve been in the thick of it cleaning up my own personal grow space for the last two days. The roses have been chopped down, weeds pulled, and new plantings of dark basil have gone into the dirt.

All of this hard work has me dreaming of the inevitable spring harvests of ranunculus, snapdragons, and roses 😍

Green Envy zinnias are SO underrated 💚✨

They’re the perfect little bridge color in almost any bouquet, and shockingly… I think I prefer them over smaller white zinnias! They somehow tie every color palette together without stealing the show.

Safe to say these cuties earned their spot in the fall grow plan and have officially been planted again for fall bouquets. We love a versatile queen 👑🌿

Porch pickup prep! 💐🎀

This may be my last Saturday of porch pickup before baby #2 arrives! 🥹💕 I’m planning to take at least three weeks to soak in those newborn days before jumping back into coordinating orders and restocking our usual spots.

The little break will also give the grow space some much-needed time to GROW. 🌱 We’ve been hard at work tucking in new successions of fall basil, zinnias, marigolds, sunflowers, and of course, patiently waiting on those next beautiful flushes of Lisianthus. ✨

So if you’ve been wanting some Jackson Mae Blooms on your table, this weekend may be your last chance for a little while! 💐 We also have bouquets stocked at Linen and Dove!

I think it’s safe to say amaranthus has officially earned its spot in next year’s grow plan. 🤣

This is my craziest harvest yet! Some of these stalks are absolutely massive (apparently pinching really is the secret 🤭), and I am obsessed with all the twists, curves, and character they bring.

I was this close to cutting amaranthus from next year’s lineup, but these stems completely changed my mind. Just 3 stems make the dreamiest statement arrangement for a tall vase, and I can’t get enough.

Now the only problem… I need more colors. 🌿💚🍂

Can you believe these teeny tiny seedlings will become an ocean of Lisianthus blooms by next spring? 🤍

Lisianthus are, without a doubt, my most finicky flower to grow from seed. They demand months of patience, plenty of babying, and more than a little faith—but they’re worth every bit of it.

These little seedlings will stay tucked away in my seedling space until October before heading out to the field, where they’ll slowly grow all winter for their spectacular first flush in late spring. Watching them transform from something so tiny into armfuls of elegant blooms never gets old.

Good things really do take time. ✨🌱

The lisianthus row is absolutely loaded with buds this week. 🥹🌸

One of the biggest perks of our incredibly long growing season is getting three beautiful flushes of lisianthus each year. While the second and third will never quite match the breathtaking first flush in June, there’s something so charming about these daintier stems. They’re delicate, airy, and some of my favorites to tuck into bouquets.

Safe to say I’ll be making room for an even bigger lisianthus section when we flip the beds this fall. 💕can you believe we have over 1500 lisianthus babies under grow lights right now?!

Look at this darling little Dahlia seedling! My seed-grown dahlias are finally starting to bloom but most of them have been chomped by grasshoppers (😡) before I have a chance to see their full bloom. I am absolutely in love with this smaller ball-type dahlia 🥰

Be on the lookout for this cutie in upcoming bouquets! The plant looks surprisingly productive and may even be a keeper for next year!

Took a quick break from fall seeding to wrap a couple of bouquets for a little restock at Linen & Dove. 🌸

These beauties are filled with fluffy lisianthus, velvety celosia, dancing amaranthus, and some of my favorite zinnias from the field. I only had time to wrap two, so if one is calling your name, don’t wait too long! 💕

Back to seed trays… spring flowers won’t grow themselves. 🌱
