Okay, at it again with a new fabric that I’ve barely worked with. It is faux suede, and I am trying to be as gentle as possible with it, but it is unraveling horribly! I’m making a ruffle for the first time ever, and it is kicking my butt. I’ve been working on it all day and even had to do some seam ripping! It’s been a whole big ordeal. 🤣 I tried serging the edge, but it wasn’t giving me a good ruffle. Give me your tricks and tips! Even Trying to make this rolled hem was so tedious. What am I doing wrong so I know for next time?

I could never have made it without you. Anyone else struggle a little with Minky? You think everything is going great, then you check your final results and see your lines aren’t straight! 😩🤣

I love it because it’s so soft, but it sure plays me like a fool. 🙄😂

Now to pull out the arsenal… what’s your weapon of choice?
