How to make the Starry Night effect~~

First, spray your part gloss black. Gloss is the key here. No airbrush? A spray can works fine, even a marker will do. Just make sure the finish comes out glossy. If it doesn't, hit it with a layer of clear gloss.
Why black? Nail glitters reflect way better over a dark background. Same idea as painting a metallic color - the darker the base, the more those flakes pop.
Next, grab a disposable eyeshadow applicator. They're super cheap. Use it to rub on your nail glitters.
Now apply UV resin right on top to seal in the paint and glitter. Swirl the part around so the resin covers every surface, then let it settle.
Drip off the excess. Don't rush this. Without direct UV or sunlight, you've got plenty of working time. Once the extra's gone, let it self-level again.
Finally, shine your UV light on it for about ten to fifteen minutes. Check your resin's instructions for the exact curing time.
And there you have it. Enjoy.

Daban, GaoGao, Dragon Momoko - when people talk about bootleg Gundam, it always starts in Shantou. But the first company to mass-produce unlicensed Gundam model kits was a Korean military model manufacturer called Academy, and they were doing it a full 15 years before Chinese KO brands existed. Their kits used original steel tooling, included glue and full-color manuals, and were comparable in quality to what Bandai was making at the time.
