I will be teaching how to create a Charcuterie Board at Crooked Oak Tavern on June 16th at 6:30. This should be a fun class giving you skills to create beautiful Charcuterie Boards to make your Summer entertaining easier. I will be including meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, take home container, a paring knife to take home. Cookie cutters and garnishing tools will be available in class to create your boards. You will also have a choice of an appetizer and glass of wine/soda. This class is $80. Reservations MUST be made by June 10th to allow me to purchase needed supplies in time. Looking forward to seeing you then.

Summer entertaining is almost upon us. Join me June 16th at Crooked Oak Tavern for a hands-on class where creativity meets delicious flavor! In this fun and interactive experience, each guest will create their own custom charcuterie board to enjoy and take home. Class cost is $80.00 and includes all of the following: Instruction and demonstration, containers with lids, a paring knife to help you with your creations, meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts and more will be available. Perfect for beginners, date nights, girls’ nights out, or anyone who loves entertaining.

The class will cover:
*Choosing complementary flavors and textures
*Proper cheese and meat placement
*Creating visually appealing layouts and color balance
*Simple food styling techniques to make your board look professional.
*Tips for pairing spreads, fruits, and accompaniments
Perfect for beginners, date nights, girls’ nights out, team-building events, or anyone who loves entertaining.

Come sip, snack, and learn the art of building a stunning charcuterie board that’s almost too pretty to eat. Crooked Oak will be having their Happy Hour from 4-6 so come early and order some great food but save room for your appetizer and glass of wine/soda that will also be included with the class.
