The intention Healingmoon Crystals and Spiritual Wellness is to bring you a variety of healing opportunities through our carefully chosen inventory of crystals and stones. Each item will be tagged with a price and placed on the letter grid. To claim the item comment “sold” along with the letter and price of the item. Example: “sold A $12”
2. Once you comment to purchase your item please send us
a message with your email address and zip code for invoicing! We are excited to share this crystal journey with you!
3. The first comment to show up on OUR screen correctly claiming the item will receive the item. We understand there are differences in internet connections and servers! It is likely that your comment will show up first on your own screen. Please be courteous to others during all lives!
4. If you claim an item during a live event you are expected to purchase the item by paying your invoice within 24 hours of receiving it. By commenting sold and claiming the item you are agreeing to the purchase policies of Healingmoon Crystals and Spiritual Wellness. Failure to pay your invoice could result in being banned from future live events.
5. Please no swaps or put backs during live events. Everyone makes a mistake sometimes and we will do our best to be flexible! However, multiple swaps and changes can easily lead to confusion during a show!
6. Please screenshot your purchase during the live if you want to record your purchase. We may not always be able to send photos or videos of your item once the event is over due to message volume, packing, etc. Shipping will be calculated by weight and added to your invoice. International customers are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by your countries.
