I'm excited to share that I've rediscovered my joy for painting and I'm considering reviving my custom piece services, which I’m hoping can bring joy to others as well.
As I've been creating personalized gifts for friends, I'd love to gauge interest in my hand-painted custom pet portraits on pillowcases, which transform cherished photos into works of art that celebrate the beauty of your beloved pet.
Each piece takes around 10 hours to complete and can be shipped, allowing you a unique way to commemorate a cherished memory of your pet. The price would be $125 for an 18x18 throw pillow, with the option to choose the pillow color, giving you the freedom to match your home decor. First night of Down East Holiday Show was a big success! It was so fun to see all the friends I have made over the years and I can’t wait to get back at it in the morning!

Today’s “Vendor Spotlight” for the 2023 Down East Holiday Show happening November 2-5, 2023 at the Greenville Convention Center in Greenville, NC is Sydney Carter with Southern Rae Charm.

Southern Rae Charm specializes in custom designed and hand painted gifts.
She has been in business for 5 years.

When asked why she started her business, Sydney said, “My family encouraged me to share the pieces I painted. They loved them and thought other people would too. Turns out they were right!”

Southern Rae Charm has been a vendor at the Down East Holiday Show for 3 years.
Sydney’s favorite part about being a vendor is the people. She says, “I love all the vendors and all the guests. Talking with everyone and meeting new people is so much fun! It gets me in the holiday spirit every time!”

Happy New Year y’all!! Sorry it’s been a while since my last post…I’ve been busy getting some custom pieces done and taking a bit of a break from the holiday rush! But I’ve got some fun new designs in the works!

Also I will be working to get all the pieces I have done put onto this page in the shop section so you can order or get an idea for a piece you may want! So stay tuned for that!!

Just delivered the custom pieces that were ordered from the Down East Holiday Show!! It makes my heart so happy to see people love the pieces I make for them!! I’ve still got several more to go before the end of the season but from the bottom of my heart….thank you all for your support!!
