What do you get when you hand a 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrack Sasquatch Edition to a team that can design and fabricate custom work in-house? This.

Freeman’s Car Stereo CEO David Wall walks you through every detail of this fully custom build, starting in the rear and working forward to a front stage that has to be seen to be believed.

Starting out back, the custom modular sub enclosure was designed to echo the Bronco’s iconic round grille shape and headlight ovals. The layered acrylic panels, laser-cut in-house, use those same oval forms to create a look that feels like it belongs to the truck. Black and beige vinyl ties the whole piece to the interior upholstery, and quick disconnects make the enclosure fully removable.

Up front, the custom door speaker pods were built to occupy the exact space left by the factory storage nets. An incredible detail you might miss, is that the pattern of those nets were incorporated into the final design of the pods. The logo is cut directly from acrylic (not printed vinyl) and finished with the same oval motifs used throughout the build, tying everything together visually from front to back.

Audison AF M12.14 bit 12-channel DSP amplifier handling the entire front stage
Hertz Cento Series 4” speakers in the rear
Hertz Mille Legend ML 1800.3 7” mid-woofers in the custom door pods
Hertz Mille Legend ML 700.3 3” midrange and ML 280.3 28mm tweeters completing the front stage
Magnetic panel construction (made in-house at Freeman’s) throughout for easy serviceability without removing door panels

The result is a vehicle that sounds as purposeful as it looks. Very loud, very fun, and built to turn heads everywhere it goes.

The purple monster is probably one of the loudest builds we’ve ever done. But also super clean. Willi said it doesn’t hurt, but you can feel it in every part of your body.

Our CEO, David Wall, has done it all, from installer to sales and everything in between. That kind of hands-on experience is how you know you’re working with a business that truly understands every part of the craft.
So when the chance came to work on this Bronco, he jumped in.

This is just the beginning. The first of several custom, laser-cut projects designed for this Bronco and built by David himself.
