Another new addition to our portfolio in 2024 is from Lake Zurich, IL. Folks have been loving their DDH offerings and Low Ceilings, is just another to write home about.

This beer is ridiculously drinkable. It has all of the tropical juice and flavor you want out of a hazy IPA but the sweet traces of blueberry cut down on all of the heft. Light, tasty, and easy to drink, totally refreshing.🍻

What better way to kick off the new week and shake off the after Easter cobwebs than with a fresh, perfectly hazy, NEIPA!?

Our new friends over in Amesbury, MA just sent their first drop to the Granite State and we’re certainly loving their offerings! This one is Opacity, a 6.5% NEIPA which is super refreshing with delicious tropical fruit notes and a really fluffy body! 🍻

Ok, you need to try this beer! With a moderately aggressive pour, this Double Dry Hopped Double IPA has a nice soft white head and an amazing sunset orange hazy body that positively radiates a neon-like glow. The nose is candied Mandarin orange slices, tangelos and cling peaches.

Hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo and Simcoe Cryo, this beer features some of the most intense citrus flavors I’ve ever had in a beer without actual citrus added to it. With each luxuriant sip, perfect lacing is left on the glass until you realize this masterpiece is gone much too quickly! 🍻

Mouthwatering, nostalgic, iconic; all phrases to describe a fresh baked blueberry muffin. Now, thanks to our friends , Granite Staters can once again enjoy some “Ice Cold Muffins!”

This classic Tart Ale for those that have yet to indulge, is completely mind boggling. The nose is as if grandma just removed the muffin tray from her warm oven, followed up by fresh blueberry, vanilla and a perfectly dry and bready finish. 🍻

This week’s offering is Black Albert from de Struise Brouwers in Belgium. Originally brewed for the world famous Ebenezer’s Pub in Lovell, ME, this Belgian Royal Stout pours with a slight head and soft carbonation. Black as night, dark crimson hues can be seen on the surface when your glass is held up to the light.

Sticking your nose in the glass you smell dark chocolate, light piney hops, sweet roasted malt and expresso. Upon your first sip you experience a perfect balance of roasted malt and hops with notes of toffee, chocolate, malted milk balls and vanilla. Mouthfeel is exceptional with plenty of viscosity but the 13% ABV somehow remains at bay. One of the top beers in the world! 🍻

This week’s segment from my corner surrounds a beautiful Double IPA from Drowned Lands. Coming in at 8.4% ABV, Nesh Terra pours with a pillowy soft white head and a hazy orange glow. The nose explodes from the glass as distinct notes of tangerine, peach and apricot denote the winning combination of Citra/Simcoe hops used in many exceptional beers.

The use of wheat in the grain bill is actually noticeable as a pleasant mild sweetness on the finish is present as is a mild bubble gum fruitiness. The finish is smooth and moreish and a latticework of fine lacing is left behind after each sip. If you love hops this is for you! 🍻
