Tomorrow! June 10, Comfort hosts it’s first Wine Down Wednesday at our historic district downtown stores. 🍷

Shops will be open “late” from 5 - 7 PM (that would be late for a small town lol), serving libations 🥂 while you enjoy shopping 🛍️ and socializing 👯‍♀️ at your favorite stores.

The apothecary will be hosting Creek Winery, Center Point, TX who will be pouring their premium wines made from 100% Texas fruit. 🍇

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a state where the body can deeply rest, while the mind stays gently aware. It offers a quiet, grounded way to step out of constant busyness and settle into a calmer, steadier state. 🥰

Who is it for?
Anyone! This practice supports the nervous system to shift out of stress mode into a calm, grounded, deeply rested & peaceful one. 😴

What to expect?
A simple, supportive experience using breath awareness and body scan, guided by Dr Tracey, holistic chiropractor. This is not a physical movement practice. Rather, you will be lying down comfortably supported by pillows and blankets.

Our very own Eden Carter, yoga teacher 🧘🏻‍♀️, sound bowl musician 🥣 and 16 year breast cancer survivor/thriver 💗 will be modeling at this year’s Austin Art Bra fundraiser event!🌟💃🏻

Eden will be joining 24 other survivors on the runway to showcase gorgeous original wearable art at this annual event to benefit Breast Cancer Resource Center. BCRC has provided free guidance, support and education 30 years for patients navigating a breast cancer diagnosis in Central Texas.

Old places matter! And Comfort has lots of them. 🤠

This Saturday April 11 the Comfort Heritage Foundation is hosting a special event called Why Old Places Matter. They invite visitors to spend the day exploring Comfort’s historic homes, buildings, and craftsmanship with a self guided tour assisted by volunteer docents. 🏡
