As we do KNOW that we should,
but I'm actually DOING so now. With menopausal skin there is a special change in texture and drying of the skin. Long gone are the days of the nonchalant, passive approach of a skincare regime. When your skin was at its finest. At least for me it was, as I had minimal skincare issues.
But NOW, it is an essential to replace the products used formerly prior to this skin shift, in order to tenderly and actively care for skin at this age. First step...Water! Water! Water! Day 5 and I am seeing a sharp and lasting difference in my skin. So long as I stick to the code of my personal intake goal, *drinking water at present*, I remain hopeful.
Learning to appreciate and love water was a change of mindset for me. My journey of kidney health care certainly prompted that. Recovery is tempered at this age, so WATER! WATER! WATER! Exercise! Healthier Diet! Supplements! Rest! Thus, a launch of Menopausal SKINCARE line is to come💗
