•Custom freshies require additional production time because each item is made to order. This includes carefully measuring and blending the fragrance, baking and curing the beads, allowing proper cooling time, and completing design details specific to each request.

•We also process all custom orders in the order they are received to ensure fairness and consistency. This workflow helps us maintain high standards while managing demand.

•Thank you for your patience and understanding. We strive to serve with excellence and integrity, trusting that God blesses the work of our hands as we create something special for you.

⏰Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed. I do my best to have orders finished sooner, but turnaround times depend on current orders!
