Every great market has a few people who still make things the old-fashioned way.

Back in the day, almost everything in your home was made by hand — the tools in the kitchen, the bowls on the table, even the door k***s on the house.

That tradition is still alive with Nathan Kogen of Ginger Dog Woodworks.

Nathan creates handcrafted hardwood pieces for everyday life — kitchen tools, bowls, and custom wooden door k***s, each one shaped and finished to bring out the natural beauty of the wood. No two pieces are ever quite the same.

It’s the kind of work that reminds you how things used to be made — carefully, by hand, and built to last.

Don’t you just love jewelry that carries a little piece of the natural world with it.

Teresa of creates handmade pieces using brass, gemstones, resin, and even real pressed flowers she collects herself.

Butterflies, moons, sunbursts, ocean-colored stones, and wildflowers all find their way into her work. Every piece feels like a tiny landscape — something gathered, preserved, and turned into wearable art.

Some of the materials in her pieces are foraged and pressed by hand, capturing little moments of the Sierra foothills and beyond.

If you love jewelry that feels earthy, celestial, and a little magical, you’ll definitely want to stop by her booth.

Some of the best things at the Bazaar are built by hand.

Father & Son Woodshop - Cliff and his son Dylan - create beautiful custom wood pieces right here in the Northern California Sierra Foothills. What started in a one-car garage has grown into a full workshop where they design and build everything from small handcrafted items to large outdoor structures.

At their booth you’ll find pieces like:

• Hand-turned wooden pens
• Solid wood serving boards
• Bird houses and Bat houses
• You can order Privacy screens and trellises
• Raised garden beds

And the best part?

If it’s made out of wood, chances are they can build it.

Whether you’re looking for something unique or planning a custom project for your yard or home, they love bringing ideas to life.

Come meet them at The Colfax Bazaar.

Some things don’t just survive time — they carry it with them.

A 1955 LIFE magazine.
Vintage Pepsi and Coca-Cola coolers.
Old oil cans, advertising pieces, and relics from another era.

These are the kinds of objects that once sat in gas stations, diners, and living rooms across America. The kind of pieces that remind you of roadside stops, ice-cold soda bottles, and stories that happened long before smartphones.

At the Colfax Bazaar, you’ll find vendors bringing collections like this back into the light — carefully saved pieces of history waiting for their next home.

Whether you’re a collector, decorator, or just someone who loves a good vintage find, there’s always something unexpected around the corner.

Some pieces have already lived a life.

👉A pair of boots that walked a dusty road.
👉A woven bag that once traveled somewhere far from here.
👉A dress that might have danced at a summer party years ago.

Dinora, the eye behind Mountain Thrift Finds, searches for those pieces — the ones with character already stitched into them.

Her collection is a mix of vintage and antique accessories, leather bags, boots, handbags, women’s clothing, textiles, and unique home décor. Things that feel timeless. Things that don’t look like anything you’d find in a big box store.

Every piece is chosen because it still has a story left to tell.

You’ll find Mountain Thrift Finds at The Colfax Bazaar.

Some people spend their weekends digging through estate sales and garage sales hoping to find something special.

Eve already did that for you.

Through Growing Curiosity, Eve hunts down the pieces that make people stop and look twice — vintage jewelry with history, antique brooches from another era, delicate beaded handbags, old jewelry boxes, and tiny trinkets that somehow carry a story.

It’s a carefully curated mix of vintage, antique, and handmade finds — the kind of pieces that feel discovered rather than mass-produced.

Because sometimes the best treasures are the ones someone else had the patience to find.

Eve will be bringing her latest discoveries from Growing Curiosity to The Colfax Bazaar.
