The Classic Ranger Belt — timeless classic or a thing of the past? 🤠

I don’t see these nearly as much anymore, so I decided to make one and bring that classic Western style back.

Do you still wear a Ranger belt? Know somebody who does? Or do you think they’re a thing of the past?

What do you think — timeless classic or forgotten history?

Resoling my first paid pair of boots.
this pair means a lot to me because it’s a new chapter in my Leathercraft career.
I’ve been a saddle maker for a few years now and over the past few years I decided to venture into custom boots. Doing repair for now but the eventual goal is to make both custom saddle and boots.
That goal doesn’t look that far anymore.

Meet Smokey, my Australian Shepherd… who apparently has one very serious rule: NO WATER HOSE. 😂💦🐕

He wants absolutely nothing to do with me when that hose comes out. I guess even the toughest shop dogs have their limits!

National Leathercraft Day seemed like the perfect time to share something I’ve been working on! 🧰🤠

I’m finally revealing one of my newest leathercraft innovations—a new take on the traditional fixed-blade knife sheath. I redesigned it to sit on top of the belt, making it much more comfortable and practical for everyday use.

Whether you’re wearing chaps, working, sitting down, riding horses, or driving, this design is made to stay out of the way while keeping your knife accessible.

In the video, I break down the details and show you exactly what makes this sheath different. And if enough of you are interested, I may even upload the pattern so you can make one yourself!

If you use the pattern, all I ask is that you tag me and share some pictures of what you create. I’d love to see how you put your own spin on it!

Now I need your help… What should I call this new knife sheath? 🤔

Drop your name suggestions in the comments! Let’s see what you guys come up with. 👇
