Small Beginnings
I began baking as a young child after receiving an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas. As I became an adult I still loved to bake just never realizing it was my passion. I always had a hard time purchasing baked goods from anywhere. Especially German Chocolate Cake! I love German Chocolate Cake and no place made it the way I did so I had to make my own.
Around the holidays, particularly Thanksgiving and Christmas, people would order their desserts because they wanted to concentrate on cooking their dinners and I obliged. Never seeing this as a business venture. However, in 2011 the business began to increase. I had to really consider a business opportunity.
Here I am now in 2018 and my clientele has grown and I am very thankful. Very thankful for small beginnings. I am looking into bigger things for my future in baking! I have been faithful over what God has provided me with and now it’s time to spread my wings and see what else God has in store for me.
