A belated thanks to those who tried out the game at Cleveland ConCoction! I received some helpful suggestions, which I’ll be using to make what I hope will be major improvements for the next prototype. In the meantime, I may bring the existing version to some of Ultimate Team-up’s monthly meetups to get additional feedback.

Here are the hours during which I plan on being in the Cleveland ConCoction gaming room this weekend with the Retail Wrangler prototype (subject to adjustment):

Friday: 10am-2pm and 6pm-11pm
Saturday: 7am-1pm and 2pm-9pm
Sunday: 9am-12pm and 1pm-2pm

Please keep in mind that I also want to play other games during these times, but if you inquire at the Protospiel area (there will be a Retail Wrangler sign) or with me directly, I’ll be happy to set up for playtesting on short notice if I’m not already doing so!

I look forward to receiving lots of constructive feedback on how to build upon and improve this game as it continues to take shape!

A fully playable prototype is closer than ever to realization! This morning, I revised the board design and reworked some mechanics to eliminate a lot of numerical clutter. My next step will be to type up the game’s event cards and player personas. When that is finished, playtesting will begin! It won’t be long, now!
