I used to think shipping didn’t affect me because the buyer pays it…

Then my items started sitting longer… I was sending more offers, lowering prices… working harder just to make the same money.

And now with another shipping increase coming, it’s got me thinking…

Shipping doesn’t take your profit directly… it kills your demand.

Now I’m seriously rethinking low-dollar items.

Anyone else changing their strategy because of this or just riding it out?

Worst eBay weekend I’ve had so far!

Time to source some new inventory and clear out old stale things.

Currently running a 50% off on stuff I’m tired of looking at or was just bad choices.

Gonna slow down on storage units and be more selective with my picking. Higher ASP is the goal.

What’s going on with your eBay? If it’s slow like mine, Let’s figure it out!

Life has taken me to some interesting places…

Today it’s the floor of an old garage digging through boxes, dust, and forgotten junk looking for treasure.

Most people see a mess. I see possibility.

Somewhere in this pile is something that’s been sitting for 20 years waiting for someone like me to notice it again. That’s kind of what I do. I dig through the overlooked, the forgotten, the stuff everyone else walks pass and I find the value hiding in it.

The view from inside the garage tells the whole story, tools, random boxes, old furniture, and who knows what else. Meanwhile the world is just going on outside like normal. But for me, this is the hunt.

This is what a reseller looks like.

Part treasure hunter.
Part historian.
Part gambler.
Part entrepreneur.

You never really know what you’re going to find… but that’s the fun of it.

Just another day chasing the next piece of treasure.
