So you might wonder what Jones Drafting and Design Services specializes in.

For example, say you have a property like this hotel in Cleveland that needed to be converted into a living space for vulnerable adults and veterans. In that case, certain requirements had to be met to obtain permits from Cuyahoga County — including verified square footage, living space details, and conditions.

The problem was that this hotel had no floor plan drawings on file with the county. So, I did a full walkthrough and created a complete set of plans to satisfy the requirements.
