🌿 SOFRITO SHRIMPS🦐
During Lent, the best meals come from the sea and a jar of Sofrito 🫑🌿 this recipe is perfect for meat-free days and ready in under 30 minutes
🧑‍🍳RECIPE:
-In a pan with oil, add ½ cup Sabor Victoria Sofrito + 1 cup chopped tomatoes. Sauté 🍅
-After a few minutes, add 1 lb of cleaned shrimp. Cook halfway, then set aside. 🦐
-Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes 🌿
-Softer butter with chopped onion, a squeeze of lime, and sprinkle some Garlic-Salt, add, reduce over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 🧈🍋
-Return the shrimp to the pan and finish cooking. 🦐
-Serve hot with rice 🍚
