Today we had the opportunity to visit artist David’s studio and listen to the meaning behind his artwork.
Thank you for opening the doors to your space and sharing not only art, but also history, emotion, and thought.

It was a conversation full of colors, symbols, and reflections that reminded us how art can connect cultures, memories, and spirituality. ✨🎨

For those who once felt
they were “not Indigenous enough.”

Identity does not live only
in clothing
or in speaking a language perfectly.

It also lives in memory,
in pain,
in history,
and in the decision
not to forget.

Thank you for creating this space.
For a long time, history has been told by those who prevailed, while the voices of those who resisted were left in silence. Today, as we gather, we do more than remember—we weave memory, restore voices, and plant dignity for those who were not able to tell their own stories.

Join us and be part of this important conversation.
Les esperamos para tejer memoria juntos…!!

Sharing this opportunity with great enthusiasm ✨

MOSAIC 2026 is a space where cultures come together, connect, and are made visible.

As a Kichwa woman and cultural worker in Chicago, I believe it is important to support and be part of these spaces that open doors for our communities.

🌿 Let’s continue building community, memory, and art together.

Today I close a very meaningful experience: Executive Essentials.

These were days of deep learning, connection, and reflection.
One thing became very clear:
culture doesn’t change on its own — it is built through consistent practice.

This was not only about leadership,
it was about community, the body, and the soul.

A reminder that:
if I don’t recharge, I cannot sustain others.

We explored interculturality, purpose-driven work,
and how to lead without losing our essence.

Grateful for this space and the people who made this experience so meaningful.
We continue weaving community. ✨
