Dilly Dally Provisions is thrilled to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Illinois Product Expo on March 7–8. We are proud to partner with the Illinois Department of Agriculture for this event, as it means a great deal to be supported by an organization that champions local makers and the Illinois food community.

We’ll be featuring our small-batch mustards, pickled goods, and seasonal favorites, all crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Whether you’re a retailer, a buyer, or simply a food lover, we would love to meet you at our booth.

Hosting a Super Bowl party? This Creamy Corn Relish Dip is guaranteed to disappear before halftime 👀

🌽 Creamy Corn Relish Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¾–1 cup Dilly Dally Provisions Corn Relish

½ cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack

Splash of lime juice

Garlic powder + black pepper to taste

Mix, spread into a baking dish, and bake at 375°F for ~20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Finish with scallions or cilantro and serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or veggies 🧀🔥

What. A. Weekend.

My heart is full 💚. Thanks to everybody who showed out this weekend for the at the in downtown Chi.

The love and support I felt this past weekend was unparalleled from anything we have ever experienced.

A special shoutout to to help make DDP’s vision a reality this weekend! There is no way we could have pulled it off without the love and energy you all brought to this show.

Feeling so lucky to have such a loyal and dedicated following here in the Chi and beyond. It was also so incredible to engage with so many new faces and get the opportunity to share our story.

It is wild to think that it’s already been 5 years since we decided to take a chance on this crazy little passion project called Dilly Dally Provisions. We have enjoyed every second and have taken nothing for granted.

So thankful for all the amazing humans we have met along the way that helped shape and forge our path. We are only as strong as the community that surrounds us and we are lucky to say we have one of the best!

From the bottom of hearts thank you for such a special year and looking to forward to what next year brings. Happy holidays!
