AyersTech in Chetek, WI is a custom fabrication job shop and is currently seeking an additional Waterjet Machinist / Metals Fabricator.

Primary responsibilities include:

-Operation of CNC waterjet
-Operation of forklifts and crane, loading & unloading raw materials and finished goods
-Operation of support equipment such as deburring equipment, drill press etc

Secondary responsibilities may include one or more of the following:

-CAD layout and programming of CNC equipment
-Operation of laser cutting and engraving machines
-Operation of press-brake
-Operation of TIG and MIG welding equipment
-Operation of CNC and manual machining equipment

We are looking for an adaptive and energetic individual interested in a stable career in our growing organization. Good math, PC, blueprint reading and precision measuring skills are prerequisites. Frequent lifting of 40 pounds or more, and working on feet is required. Likely background experience may include CNC machine tooling, metals fabrication, laser or CNC plasma table operation, manufacturing or others. We will train the right candidate with the above qualifications to operate our CNC waterjet cutting machines.

Wage is based on experience. Benefits package after probation period. Position is generally 1st shift 8:00-4:30. Drug screen is required.

Logo and letters were waterjet machined from 350 lbs of 3/4" thick aluminum, then anodized to the school colors.
