Stop thinking your wreath is doing its big one with a flat a💛💛 bow. 🧐

Wired ribbon can get crushed while your Christmas wreath is packed away, but a little shaping can bring those loops and tails right back to life.

That’s one benefit of investing in quality, handcrafted holiday décor: it’s designed to be enjoyed for more than one season—with proper storage and a good fluffing, of course.

Save this reel for the day those Christmas bins come back upstairs.

Now tell me: Are you FLUFFING last year’s wreath or shopping NEW this Christmas? Drop your answer below. 👀🎄

Most days on this page, you see The Wreath Slayer—the flowers, the ribbon, the beautiful doors and all the creativity behind Diva Design Studio.

But there is a whole woman behind this brand.

I’m an executive leader. An educator. An entrepreneur. A creative. A wife. And underneath every title, I’m still Aja—a woman who loves flowers, beautiful spaces and a reason to get dressed ALL the way up. 😂

I don’t always share every part of myself here, but each role shapes the way I create, lead and serve.

With our October 1 anniversary approaching, I’ve been looking back at our wedding day and all the details that made it ours.

Besides my husband, of course, what would I choose all over again?

This dress. Ma’am…she understood the assignment!

Married ladies, what is ONE thing from your wedding day that you would choose all over again? Tell me below—and wedding pictures are absolutely welcome! 👇🏾

How far would you drive for a cup of brew?

7 Brew Coffee has arrived in my area…

This means that I drove 36 minutes to get a cup of coffee…36!

You know your girl is a coffee love so I had to get there considering I’ve had it once before in Virginia.

And let me just say, the coffee is keeping me going. I feel like it’s the top of the morning and I can make at least TWO designs TO-NIGHT! 😉

I’m so glad to have a new specialty coffee shop in my area with good cuppas like the “Blondie” that has caramel as a key ingredient.

What’s the wildest trip you’ve taken to get a “small” or “insignificantly” item?

P.S. It was worth the drive and I will be back!

Gingerbread Fans, are y’all here?

There’s nothing cuter than a gingerbread besides a PLUMP gingerbread (wo)man!

Because who doesn’t want a gooey cookie, anyway?!!

Would you ever have Gingerbread as your Christmas theme?

I took her off my door because she might belong on yours. 👻🧡

This handmade Halloween wreath is serving playful, spooky, and absolutely not subtle. Bold orange florals, purple and black accents, statement ribbon, and one sassy little ghost—because your front door deserves to have some fun too.

She’ll be headed to my Etsy shop soon, and she is one of one.

Listen… if I don’t do it before I get into my office, it ain’t getting done.

It’s bedtime and I reached down to see what’s poking me through my pocket.

Oh, it’s my The Lip Bar Rebel lippie and a liner that I was supposed to put on once I got into the office.

I’m just as barefaced now as I was when I cleaned my face this morning.

So much for being a Rebel! 🤣

I need to thank my mama for these genes because I kept on stepping and forgot all about my little glow up moment.

Life of an executive…things get busy…real quick.
