All this snow got us back in the kitchen again 🍫 — and this batch was a fun one.

We fired up the chocolate this weekend to keep up with recent orders, and once we were going, we leaned into a little experimenting.

This run included:

• Milk chocolate turtles finished with a caramel-infused white chocolate drizzle
• A fresh batch of milk chocolate nibblers
• Plus a few experimental caramel white chocolate lollipops and nibblers just to explore the flavor and color

Dialing in the temper on the caramel white chocolate took some patience, but when it clicks, the result is a really smooth texture and a rich, creamy flavor that we’re excited about.

We also started leaning these nibblers toward a Valentine’s Day theme, and right now we have expanded inventory available for anyone looking for small gifts or something sweet for the holiday.

Everything is made in small batches, and availability always depends on what just came out of the kitchen. We’ll keep sharing what we’re working on next ❤️🍫

Back in the kitchen today getting ready for 2026! 🍫

The holiday rush may be behind us, but we’re back making chocolate and trying new things. Today we made our first batch of chocolate turtles, and they turned out great — pecan turtles and cashew turtles with rich, creamy salted caramel and dark Belgian chocolate.

We’re continuing to experiment, refine, and figure out what’s next, all in small artisanal batches right here in New England!

🎄 Holiday Chocolate Update 🎄

We’ve been busy in the kitchen and just finished our newest holiday creation — dark chocolate cranberry & almond bark 🍒🌰
Rich Belgian dark chocolate with tart cranberries and roasted almonds… it might be our favorite yet.

This will be part of our final holiday batches, along with:
🍫 Dark chocolate nibblers
🍬 Peppermint bark (milk chocolate and dark/white chocolate combo)
🍫 Milk chocolate nonpareils

All handcrafted in small batches. Once these holiday runs are gone, that’s it for the season.

We’re finalizing details for a pre-Christmas chocolate drop with local pickup. Comment below or message us if you’d like to reserve some before we sell out!

WOW CHARLTON!! We almost sold out at the St. Joseph’s Christmas Bazaar yesterday! ❤️🍫

Our first ever craft fair and we were blown away by the excitement around a small-batch Belgian chocolate company right here in Charlton!

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported us, and gave us the warmest welcome we could imagine!

🎄 Peppermint Bark Day at Charlton Candy Co! 🎄

The kitchen has been in full holiday mode, and today was all about peppermint bark — four different versions of it!

We’ve been tempering, drizzling, layering, and taste-testing (the kids loved that part 😄), and we ended up with a full lineup for the St. Joseph Christmas Bazaar in Charlton on December 6:

🍫 Dark chocolate peppermint bark
🤍 White chocolate peppermint bark
🍫➕🤍 Dark chocolate layered with white chocolate
🍫✨🤍 Dark chocolate with white chocolate drizzle
🥛✨🤍 Milk chocolate with white chocolate drizzle

All crafted by hand, all small-batch, and all made with premium Belgian chocolate right here in our licensed cottage kitchen.

These will be bagged and ready to go at the bazaar — and they smell amazing. Can’t wait to share them with everyone next week!
