We had a great time teaching our Defensive Pistol Optic Course yesterday. This course involves basic to advanced marksmanship fundamentals and weapon manipulation techniques while operating your “Red Dot Sight” equipped handguns. It will cover zeroing techniques, efficiency of draw and presentation, dot tracking and acquisition and target transitions; consequently, developing your skills with a pistol mounted optic.

I am working on setting up our next class due to several requests for us to have another class. This class limited in size! So please be sure to like, follow, and share so that you can get notifications from us.

A while back Sumter County Sheriff's Office reached out to us about refinishing and laser engraving Corporal Andrew Gillette’s duty pistol slide. His pistol will be on display at the Sumter Sheriffs Office. Deputy Gillette was killed in the line of duty on February 25, 2020. We are honored to have been chosen to do this for the men, and women of the Sheriffs Office, as well as Deputy Gillette’s family.

Not everything that we do in the shop deals with fi****ms. We actually end up powder coating, Cerakoting, Laser, even CNC Machining for several different industries. It’s always nice when we are asked to make something that someone will cherish. This trap is going to be a prize that the NC Trappers Association will be giving away later this year. We powder coated it in a matte black, then laser engraved the pan.
