We stopped by Linney's Mill last weekend and picked up 20 bags of plain corn meal and a few bags of their buckwheat pancake mix. Ray Wheeler, from Atkinson Mill brought me 24 bags of his white grits (the cleanest made, he says) so I am stocked for fall. We stopped by Lindley's Mill to restock our Organic Grits and their Super Sprout Whole Wheat. They were out of the 2 pound bags so we got the 5 lbs. bag on this trip. This is what North Carolina finest bakers use!
After visiting Ray Wheeler at Atkinson Grist Mill Museum I picked some of his fine white grits and restocked our supply of Funnel Cake Mix
